This car dealer has been nothing but helpful and the experience far exceeded my expectation from a normal car dealer. I didn't see the car I want at first and had to go again the next day. The owner even offered to pick me up from the train station as it was pouring and he thought I was coming by train. The whole buying experience was very smooth, no hard sale, honesty throughout, transparent. The owner was making videos to promote his business and having stayed at the place for quite a while, I saw how friendly they are when talking to other customers. I felt at ease with the whole experience. The owner even went the extra mile to keep my hired car to be collected as I could not drive two cars back home. I could not thank him enough. It is far beyond what a car dealer would do in my opinion. I also had a good deal on the car I bought when I made an offer. I would say this car dealership is the most friendly and trustworthy one that I've come across. They are there to help if they can. Also they have a good selection of cars on site and the most important thing is they want to do their best to improve the business and keep happy customers, it's not just someone hired to do their job to achieve sales and doesn't care for example.
